Today’s Real Estate Open House Roundup had a special winner: Fan Tseung for the most hospitable open house of the weekend. If you look at the picture, you’ll notice the very home-style open house signs. It felt like I was coming to a family homecoming party. Congratulations to Fan of Fan Tseung Realty. The home she offers on Norte Vista Drive in Chino Hills is one of the nicer ones we saw today.
Speaking of homecomings, it was nice to see Pamela Sheehan representing a beautiful (and amazingly priced) townhome on Setting Sun Court in Chino Hills. See our Weekly Round-up PDF for her listing. I’ve known Pam for many years from church and other networking groups around town. I wish her the best on this lovely listing.
The award for the biggest home we saw goes to Jamella Santos of Houzerz Real Estate. She is offering a fantastic 5176-square-foot home in the Vellano area of Chino Hills. It’s quite a home and includes five bedrooms and six baths. One of the bedrooms is a “Casita” for the mom or another family member.
We’re rooting for Nico Phillips, offering a 1700-square-foot, two-story home on Barkley Place in Chino. We’ve run into him twice at this home. It looks like it’s going to move soon.
